Abstract:
What will Google Earth be without Earth?
“Over Data” consists of an animated image of the Earth as it is viewed in the application, but where the image of the Earth is extinguished and transformed into in a weird, white neutral surface. What remains is only data, graphic charts and icons that mark an absent territory and define a new landscape.
