Abstract:
This short film shows the importance of reading and pays a beautiful homage to physical books. Simultaneously inspired by Hurricane Katrina, Buster Keaton, the Wizard of Oz, and the love of books, the funny story of “Morris Lessmore” is about people who devote their lives to the books and books that reward such zeal. An animation that won the 2012 Oscar for best short film.
