Abstract:
“Apocalypse Beach” is an ongoing series of GIFs in a micro-documentary portrait of the American beach and the small moments of its visitors. These looping vignettes were shot in 2016 on beaches throughout Florida and New England. Then the footage was then converted to an Xvid codec, and datamoshed in Avidemux.
