‘Messenger’ is a peripatetic poem, which combines the sitespecific elements of a walking performance for the camera, an accompanying light bulb, and personal poetry. It explores the idea of returning to the intimate – in an imaginary and geographical matrix – as a solitary ambulatory process which transmits the message, the experience, the past trauma, the thought – and the potential future.
