Abstract:
“Generative Mirrored Forms” is an early exploration of WebGL techniques such as Fast approximate anti-aliasing (FXAA) and Ambient Occlusion. The piece invites the user to draw freely on the screen to create organic mirrored animated forms.
Biography:
Silvio Paganini (born São Paulo, Brazil — 1985) is an international creative developer who moved to London, UK in 2008 to build a career in Online Interactive Media; Using technologies like Javascript, WebGL, Python, C++, openFrameworks and Processing, he’s built online and offline experiences for clients around the globe. His latest experiments use WebGL as a tool to explore ways of arranging simple generative geometric shapes into interesting organic forms.
