Gloria Gammer – WHEN THE WORLD COMES TO AN END, I WILL HAVE LOVED YOU –  Austria

This video piece explores possible limitations of mind uploading. We shot most of the piece in the old and now deserted metaverse Second Life. It was made possible through the Artist in Residence programme Pixel, Bytes & Film by the Austrian Ministry of the Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sports BMKÖS and TV station ORF III. It was additionally supported by the City of Vienna.

Bio:

Gloria Gammer is a film director, screenwriter and artist based in Berlin and Linz. Her work deals with the relationship of humans to humans in their digitally mediated environment, and of humans to non-human others, often with regard to possible visions of the future.
