Chaya Shen – Jiaji – Taiwan

Jiaji and its siblings pop out from a bean pod, fed with those magical twinkles. Once they grow up, the moon coming out… Some quirky characters one after another showing up on stage. It’s a very personal film, yet every intention represented by these characters create a theater-like spectacle.

Bio:

Chaya Shen works with 2D animation and likes to experiment analog material with digital combinations in moving images. Now studying Media Art in Köln, navigating her works into other dimension.
