This animation takes inspiration from overlapping, patterned kimonos often found in ukiyo-e prints. The animation creates a series of moving patterns over time. To connect the animation to real-world dynamics, I’ve imagined this pristine digital world being destroyed by discarded plastic bottles and coffee cups.
