The film includes elements of video art, experimental film and nonnarrative plot. The intention is to create each picture and every scene as a painterly act. The images were put together layer by layer to form a different perception in the whole.

Bio.

Soran Ahmed (born 1980 in Sulaimaniah, Kurdistan) is a filmmaker and visual artist with a focus on art in public space and art education. He lives and works in Berlin. Soran Ahmed explores the social aspects of art; again and again he asks who and how the social role of art and culture is defined. In his experimental film and video works, he explores urban spatial documentation. The position of the observer and the observed always alternate. In his video images, the objects are totally alienated in order to raise the question of originality and belonging. Ahmed studied Fine Arts at the Art Academy in Sulaimaniah and the Institute for Art in Context at the Berlin University of the Arts.
