stellatum_ – stellatum_: ecossistemas – Brazil

The audiovisual performance ecossistemas involves actions to remodel the sound and visual recordings of two important Brazilian morphoclimatic domains: the Cerrado and the Mares de Morro (Atlantic Forest). Once considered as expropriations, the recordings became an abstraction of spatiotemporal experience in both domains.

Bio:

Anésio Neto is a multimedia artist, professor of Philosophy at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo and researcher in the Study and Research Group on Immersion and Expanded Environments (GEPIAE). Under the name stellatum_, he develops research on audiovisual performance and sound arts, producing works on Cerrado sounds.
