Christian Merrill – Reflective Garden – United States

Reflective Garden explores the screening of 3D environments on 2D surfaces, thus challenging our preconceptions of space. These environments represent reality, but are physically impossible outside of the computer. This is represented through infinite reflections or many elements from various sources composited onto a single image.

Bio:

Christian Merrill is a motion designer, experimental animator and educator. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with an MFA in digital art. Works as a designer for Cinecraft Productions and teaches animation at Cleveland State University.
